Client Responsibilities As our client, you agree to:

Payment and Cancellation Payment terms and cancellation policies will be outlined in the separate agreement between you and Jeff Jones Dog Photography. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a booking if payment is not received or if there are any concerns regarding the safety or well-being of the dogs or individuals involved.
Image Delivery and Usage After the photo session, we will deliver the edited digital images to you as agreed upon. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the images for personal use only. You may not use the images for commercial purposes, modify them, or sell them without our prior written consent.
Limitation of Liability While we take great care in providing high-quality photography services, we are not responsible for any injuries, damages, or loss of property that may occur during the photo session. We recommend keeping dogs on a leash and ensuring their safety at all times.
